Can you ever! Our delivery partners are Sendle and Australia Post. Use the tracking number emailed to you when your parcel was shipped to check where it’s at on it’s journey (and double check it hasn’t taken it upon itself to take a summer hiatus in Fiji on it’s way. Not that we’d blame it).
Purchasing & Shipping
Our beach babe factory is in sunny Perth, Western Australia.
Standard shipping is $15 per box.
Express Post Australia wide is $25 with arrival times varying subject to metro & rural locality.
Depends on whether you leave milk & cookies out for your postie. Also, where you live!
Order received before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders received between 12pm and 5pm are dispatched the following business day. We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays, because even beach babes need a break. Unfortunately, due to the unpredictability of postage times, we can’t hold orders to arrive on specific dates.
Australian Domestic Standard Shipping – takes between 3 – 9 business days, subject to metro & rural locality. However, due to COVID-19, Australian orders may take up to 5 days.
Australian Domestic Express Post: Typically 1-3 days. However, due to COVID-19, Australian orders may take up to 5 days.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, delivery time frames lie with the logistics company to deliver within the timeframe they have advised us. We cannot take any responsibility for delayed or lost packages. By placing an order you agree that you give the courier service ‘Authority To Leave’ the package in a safe spot if noone is home. Authority to Leaves means just that – the courier will leave the parcel with at the recipients address without a signature if it’s safe to do so, and without calling a mobile/knocking on the door/coming in for a cuppa. If your recipient can’t find their order, ask them to have a good look around to make sure the ninja courier hasn’t left it somewhere super sneaky. Otherwise your local courier may have dropped it off at your local Post Office.
If in doubt, please contact the logistics company linked to your tracking number. Once your parcel has been sent, it is the purchasers responsibility to liaise with the courier company.
It is also your responsibility to provide us with the correct details for the recipient. We do not offer refunds or replacements for parcels that go missing.
At this stage, no, but it’s on our radar! If you sign up to our mailing list, when you’ll be the first to know when we do. (In the meantime you’ll have to tolerate the FOMO. Soz.)
We do not deliver to hospitals, however we can deliver to the family member of the recipient for them to personally deliver.
Once your order has left our babe factory and is in the hands of Sendle or Australia Post, it is up to them to deliver it within the timeframe they have given us. We cannot accept any responsibility for any delayed or missing packages. Please liaise with the logistics company directly if you have any issues.
We don’t sit still here, and your order is packed and sealed with a kiss within hours of the order being placed. If you entered a wrong address, please email email@example.com with the subject line “Whoops” and if your order hasn’t already left our hot little hands, we can change this for you. Once the order has been made, it’s yours and cannot be cancelled.
No. Sorry. We have arrogantly elected to be a 100% online business. This is 2021. No one talks on the phone these days.
You will be alerted that we’re out when you try to buy it, OR (on the very rare occasion this happens) if we run out after you’ve already placed your order we will eat humble cherry pie and then offer you the option of another product or a refund.

Returns & Refunds
We find this unbelievable and will try to win you over with many fancy food-oriented bribes.
Why? Because our sales are final. We don’t accept any refunds or returns unless an item is damaged. If an item is damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Please include photos of the damaged goods.
Gifts & Packaging
Absolutely. Just make sure you enter the details of who you are sending the gift to during the checkout process and give us your love note to write on their postcard.
Your box will arrive in a box. Confusing? Consider it like a bullet proof vest. The goodies are in a rigid, uber pretty custom Sunshine State of Mind box, then put inside a rigid, equally pretty (there’s definite sibling rivalry there) shipping box to make sure Summer arrives safely and in tact.
